Where practical, sawer138 may return funds through the payment route used for deposit. 8 Promotions, Bonuses and Loyalty Rewards

Promotions offered by sawer138 may carry separate rules relating to eligibility, minimum deposits, turnover, game contribution, expiry, maximum conversion or withdrawal limits. Those specific rules supplement these Terms & Conditions. A member should review all conditions before accepting or using promotional value.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one person, household, device, account, payment source or shared network. Birthday rewards, referral benefits and Bronze, Silver, Gold or VIP advantages are subject to account status and verification. sawer138 may withhold a benefit obtained through duplicate accounts, coordinated activity, misleading details or manipulation.

9 Prohibited Conduct

Members must not use sawer138 for unlawful, dishonest or abusive purposes. Prohibited conduct includes:

• creating duplicate, false or misleading accounts;
• using another person's identity, bank account, eWallet or payment credentials without authority;
• collusion, match manipulation, bonus abuse or exploitation of an obvious technical error;
• using automated tools, scripts, bots, scraping systems or unauthorised software;
• attempting to interfere with platform security, game integrity or another member's account;
• using sawer138 to conceal the origin or destination of funds.

Where prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected, sawer138 may investigate, restrict activity, request evidence, void affected transactions or suspend the account. Any decision will take account of the available records and applicable operational obligations.

10 Suspension and Closure

sawer138 may restrict, suspend or close an account where a member breaches these Terms & Conditions, fails verification, presents a security risk or becomes ineligible. Temporary controls may also be applied while a payment dispute, technical incident or suspicious activity review is underway.

A member may request account closure at any time. Closure does not remove obligations arising before the closure date. Subject to verification, legal restrictions and valid deductions, an eligible remaining cash balance will be processed through an approved payment route. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately under the responsible gambling controls.

11 Responsible Gambling

Maintenance, internet failure, device incompatibility, payment-provider disruption, sports-data delay or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability. Where an interrupted wager was not accepted, it will not be treated as valid.

To the extent permitted by applicable rules, sawer138 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from platform use, unavailable services, member error or reliance on gambling outcomes. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
